Great, let's get started! We recommend starting with the Service Request Form, where you tell us what services you are looking for and your preferred timeline. Then, we can start booking services!

• Receive confirmation from our Consultant, then book services
• Send us any requested materials 

• Services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices that are not paid in full by 48 hours prior to the meeting time may result in cancellation of meeting.
  • Cancel with 24+ hours notice: full refund
  • Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Fail to attend meeting (no notice): 50% refund 
  • Reschedule with 24+ hours notice: balance applied to rescheduled service
  • Reschedule with less than 24 hours notice: 50% forfeited, 50% refunded. Client must re-book and pay in full. 

• Clients must submit all requested materials (e.g., essay drafts, resumes, application materials) to the Consultant no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. If materials are not received by this deadline, the meeting will be rescheduled. Timely submission is necessary to ensure the Consultant can adequately prepare and provide effective support.

• After booking, Client will receive contract via Docusign. Contract must be signed at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, or meeting may be cancelled/rescheduled.
