Policies

Services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices that are not paid in full by 48 hours prior to the meeting time may result in cancellation of meeting.

Clients must submit all requested materials (e.g., essay drafts, resumes, application materials) to the Consultant no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. If materials are not received by this deadline, the meeting will be rescheduled. Timely submission is necessary to ensure the Consultant can adequately prepare and provide effective support.

After booking, Client will receive contract via Docusign. Contract must be signed at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, or meeting may be cancelled/rescheduled.
