We work with students at all levels—high school, college (undergraduate), graduate, and professional school. Each session is tailored to their academic stage, goals, and needs.

No—we do not provide tutoring in subject-matter content. Instead, we focus on academic planning, writing, strategy, and professional preparation across disciplines. We are happy to refer you to excellent tutoring services, though!

All sessions are held via Google Meet. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the virtual meeting link and any preparation instructions.

If we’re reviewing an essay, resume, manuscript, or other documents, we ask that materials be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. This ensures we have time to prepare high-quality feedback.

We are happy to provide in-person services to our local (Bryan-College Station, TX) clients. We ask that you email us in advance to request in-person services. 

Absolutely. We specialize in working with students who feel uncertain about their next steps. Through strategy sessions and career exploration, we help clarify their goals, assess strengths and interests, and build a roadmap forward.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, your balance will be refunded in full. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the balance will be refunded.

Yes! All services are offered virtually, so we can work with students and families anywhere in the U.S.

Yes. We assist with personal statements, resumes/CVs, application packet review, mock interviews, and grant or fellowship application feedback for students applying to med school, Ph.D./M.S. programs, and competitive postgrad opportunities. Each session is customized to the specific needs of the student and their academic goals. 

We do not assist with research content, but we do help with the logistics of academic research—such as manuscript editing, research poster or presentation feedback, and thesis/dissertation review from a structure and clarity perspective. We may be able to assist more with the content aspects of the research, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis (depending on the subject area). Feel free to send us an email!
